Trip Description: In this trip, we will spend most of our time in panda habitat to study the traces of panda with local expert including the bamboos, plants, companion animals and the impact of human activities on pandas. While hiking in the panda habitat, we will see many different kinds of plants and traces left by different animals. Our local expert will teach us how to identify those plants and animal traces. We will have opportunities to encounter some rare and endangered endemic animals such as golden monkeys and Sichuan Takins. We will also visit local communities and schools to communicate with local people and student about pandas. |

Hike in panda habitat with local expert.| Brief Itinerary: Day 1 Arrive Chengdu and city Tour. Day 2 Visit Chengdu Giant Panda Research and Breeding Base and drive to our destination for panda habitat studies. Day 3 Hike in site one and study panda and wild animal traces. Day 4 Hike in site two and study panda and wild animal traces. Day 5 Study summery and visit local communities. Day 6 Drive back to Chengdu and depart. |
