Trip Description: From snow-capped mountains to the deep gorges and from the alpine grasslands to the fertile plain, this journey will bring you a wealth of different plants, animals and culture. The places you will visit have attracted numerous adventurers and scientists from all over the world in history because of the biodiversities and unique culture resources in that region. We will not just walk pass that area as most travelers do. We will meet pandas and the people, work in panda center and local Tibetan villages, get lecture from panda expert and listen to old stories from local people by the side of family fireplace.

Brief Itinerary
Day 1 Chengdu/Ya'an
Arrive Chengdu and visit Jinli and Tibetan street. In the late afternoon we drive to Ya'an via Mengding Mt., which is one of the birth place of tea culture in China.
Day 2 Bifengxia/Luding
Volunteer work in Bifengxia panda base in the morning; then drive to Luding, en route visit the unique iron chain bridge.
Day 3 Luding/Yajiang/Litang
Visit the stunning vaster of holy snow-capped mountains, deep gorges and lush alpine grassland.
Day 4 Litang/Genie
Visit majesty Litang Temple and then drive to Genie where we make yak-butter tea in local Tibetan family.
Day 5-8 Genie
We work one of the most beautiful mountain areas in whole Tibetan Plateau with lots of opportunities for you to trek or horse-trek in the virgin alpine forest and interact with local people.
Day 9 Litang/Tagong/Xinduqiao/Kangding
Drive to Tagong and visit the famous Tagong Buddhism Institutes and Tagong Temple. Transfer to Kangding, the center of Tibetan-Yi-corridor and the hometown of Lovesong.
Day 10 Kangding/Chengdu
Visit Tibetan Hospital in Kangding then come back to Chengdu, and then return home.
