The trip itinerary and costs are made by AbsolutePanda team for the client at the time of inquiry. They are not guaranteed until AbsolutePanda team gets the full confirmation from the client side. Though AbsolutePanda team makes every effort to provide accurate information in our itinerary, changes to our trips can and do occur. This may be due to our effort to improve our trip or some unpredictable factors such as changes in train/flight schedules or government policies. Under such cases, AbsolutePanda will do all we can to keep you informed of any changes, but cannot be legally responsible for any changes made to the confirmed itineraries because of unpredictable reasons. AbsolutePanda reserves the right to adjust the trip price based on the exchange rate before the final confirmation without prior notice.

To make a reservation, a deposit of US$200 per person is required, either paid by wire or sent by Paypal. Complete payment is required 30 days prior to departure. For trips booked less than 30 days before departure, complete payment is required immediately. Tour prices are made on the basis of per person and double occupancy. If a customer fails to make full payment of the trip as stated above, AbsolutePanda reserves the right to cancel the tour and retain the deposit. |

We understand how disappointing it is for our clients when they are forced to cancel their trip, in which they have invested lots of time and energy to plan with us and have been dreaming to participate. We hope you can understand that we also have input lots of time and energy to plan the trip prior to departure and continuously send non-refundable payments to different parties involved such as hotels. Therefore we have no other choice but strictly adhere to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for all travelers.

AbsolutePanda reserves the right to cancel any trip departure before it is guaranteed to run. Once the full payment for a trip has been made, the trip will be guaranteed to run unless minimum number stated otherwise. |

Though AbsolutePanda will buy Chinese domestic insurance for every client who take AbsolutePanda trip, we strongly suggest all travelers purchase an International SOS Service Plan through AbsolutePanda, which provides for emergency evacuation to the nearest medical facility of international standards.
Passport and Visa
It is required by Chinese law that foreigner who visit China need a visa and a passport that will not expire within least six months validity. In times of needs, AbsolutePanda will provide relevant document needed for your visa application or assist you in your visa extension. However AbsolutePanda will not be responsible for any losses if you are a refused entry to China because you lack the correct visa documentation. In the case that an application is rejected by government agencies, AbsolutePanda reserves the right to cancel the trip or change the travel plan.
Gratuities are given to show your appreciation toward the service crew including our guides, staff and drivers for their hard work throughout the trip. They are all paid salaries for their work and will go out of their way to make your trip special and do not perform their jobs just for money. So gratuities should reflect your satisfaction with their level of service.
Health Requirements
AbsolutePanda offers different types trips featuring different level of difficulties and strength requirements. Some of our panda trips require good physical conditions for hiking in panda habitats or visiting high-elevation areas while some trips are only in or near big cities and require much less physical strength. Travelers have the responsibility to select a panda trip appropriate to their abilities and interests. Trip participant must realize the potential risks which are unpredictable and beyond the control of AbsolutePanda and make preparation for that. Travelers are responsible for preparing for the trip by studying the itinerary and pre-departure information packets sent by AbsolutePanda, and for bringing the appropriate clothing equipment and personal medical supplies as advised therein. We are also happy to discuss the trip with you.
