Serving as geographical dividing lines between North and South China, Qinling Mountains are home to large number of rare and endangered wild animals including, giant pandas, golden monkey, Sichuan Takin. Qinling giant panda habitats are located in the south of Shanxi Province, covering more than 1000 km2 and accomadating about 200 pandas. There are three national-level nature reserves and nine provincial-level nature reserves in Qinling Mountains. |
