Hongcun village, located in the northeast of Yixian county, Huangshan city, Anhui province, is an ancient town in “Hidden Peach Blossom Land"---the Chinese Arcadia. It is famous for the Oscar-winning film “Crouching tiger, Hidden dragon”.But more people know it because of its reputation as a village lived in Chinese painting.Because of its extremely representative Hui-style architecture with high horse head wall, clear lake water, rainbow-like arch bridge, just like a painting into the hearts of people.

Moon Marsh: people call the pond, is the so-called "cattle tripe."Most of the classic images of Hongcun are shot here, best in the early morning.
Chengzhi Hall: the largest building complex in the village, its "three sculptures" which are exquisite, magnificent, known as the "folk imperial palace".
Hui-style architectures: with grey tile, pink and wharf wall as the phenotypic characteristics, with brick carving, wood carving and stone carving as the decorative characteristics, with high house, deep well and hall as the house characteristics.
